Security Statement

Orders placed with online.mpower.solutions are encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) technology. TLS is a security protocol that prevents eavesdropping, tampering, or message forgery over
the Internet. With TLS on both your web browser and online.mpower.solutions servers, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to online.mpower.solutions only.

In order for TLS security to work, you must have a TLS or SSL 3.0 capable browser. To verify that you do, open your browser and check if these settings are enabled.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer: Select Tools, then Internet Options and finally the Advanced tab. Scroll to the end where the security settings are. SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 should be checked.

In Mozilla Firefox: Select Tools, then Options, then the Advanced Tab, and then the Encryption sub-tab. Under Protocols, SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 should be checked.

In Google Chrome: Click the wrench icon. Choose "Options". Select "Under the Hood" Tab. Click "Change proxy settings". Select "Advanced" Tab. Scroll down and check SSL 2.0 and TLS 1.0. Close and restart all open browsers.

In Apple Safari: From the Safari menu, select Preferences. Select the Security icon and ensure that "Enable plug-ins", "Enable Java", and "Enable JavaScript" are checked.
